Kristina ~ I probably w...Thanks Jill and Kristina!<br /><br />Kristina ~ I probably wouldn't keep up with harvest dates and such if I had a big area to garden. I do it so I can see when I might be able to plant more things in that particular area when the first crop is done. Things like tomatoes really don't matter a whole lot. But when the potatoes are done, they will be replaced with another crop and I'm trying to make sure I do it before it gets too incredibly hot down here. And sometimes I'm not sure on some crops when they are ready to harvest so writing it down helps me to see if it was within the appropriate time frame.<br /><br />I sure do love walking outside and seeing a tomato ready to pick!
