First post of the new year…

I had big plans to post my goals for the new year.  But first I thought that I’d post on my neglected homeschool blog.  Then a quick look at the clock told me that if I didn’t get off of here, I would break one of my goals for the new year (which is to go to bed at a decent hour).  So I’m off of the computer to go to bed and it’s not even 10 pm.  That is a big, big deal! 

So I’m going to quickly posts some pictures from the new year and then I’ll meet you back here in the next day or two as I share my goals for the new year and why I need goals even though I may not achieve them all.

A late night for those who could stay awake and a fireworks grand finale as we said goodbye to 2010 and greeted the new year

Followed by homemade waffles on our new waffle iron the next morning
